From April 12 to April 22 of the Young Economists Association (AYEG) Economic Education Center announces free admission certificate training - courses: Project Management.

Course Subject:

• Introduction to Project Management
• Initiate the project
• Project Planning (Project Management Plan and Content Management)
• Project Planning (Project Quality and Time Management)
• Planning (Human Resources and Communication Management)
• Project procurement management and project implementation processes
• Monitoring and control of the performance of the project

Full course duration: 10 hours

The course will be held for 5 days

Learning Result:

After completing the training, participants will have a creative space to the training developed theoretical preoccupations of self-realization, as the deepening of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to enhance development; Participants will be able to manage and monitor the project time.

Upon completion of the term of application, the applicant will be notified of the date and time of the testing of e-mail skills. Based on which the applicants will be selected for the training course.
