The aim of the project is:

To ensure financial transparency and publicity through budget monitoring.

In the scopes of the project the AYEG has implemented the monitoring of formation and execution of Zugdidi city budget and also the monitoring of the public urgent service program.

It is significant that the presentation of the prepared report/bulletin about “the 2004 state budget and I quarter of Zugdidi local budget performance monitoring results” has been held. The aim of the mentioned event was to increase the transparency and publicity of the state budget and Zugdidi local budget. The representatives of the media, international organizations, NGOs and government structures have attended the presentation.

The project beneficiaries: Civil society, budget organizations
