The aim of the project:
To assess the business climate in Georgia and to identify 10 key business problems and advocate.
At the initial stage of the project various types of surveys were conducted in order to indentify the business needs:
As a result of the conducted surveys a report about the Business climate in Georgia was developed and published. The following activities were conducted in order to advocate the key issues identified in the surveys:
The quantitative survey was held (with the sample size – 1000 entrepreneurs throughout georgia) in order to evaluate the impact of the conflict of August 2008 on the Georgian economy.
As a result of the project the handbook for the entrepreneurs was developed, aiming at information provision for the entrepreneurs about the processes in the Georgian business climate. Also the entrepreneurs were provided by the information, advises and recommendations in order to manage the business efficiently.
At the end of the project the presentation of the Conflict impact assessment survey report and “the entrepreneurs handbook” was conducted, which received a wide feedback from the society.
