Private business management trainings for the rural health clinics

The aim of the project:

To provide trainings for the rural doctors in managing the private medical practice in accordance with the healthcare system reforms.

In the scopes of the project 985 rural doctors from the different clinics of Georgia have been trained in “starting, managing and growing a private medical practice”.  As a result of the trainings the rural doctors were given a chance to develop practical skills that would enable them to ease the transformation of government owned village ambulatories to the successful privately owned medical practices.

Project beneficiaries: Rural doctors from every region of Georgia.
