The aim of the project:

• Capacity development trainings of the representatives of the Kutaisi City Hall and local condominiums in improvement of condominiums systems;
• Study visits and experience sharing visits to Poland of the Kutaisi local government  offices and representatives of the housing condominiums;
• Preparing recommendations for development of condominiums management systems in Georgia (Kutaisi);
• Summing-up conference.
