The aim of the project:
To support the improvement of the service quality of the Ltd. "Tbilisi Transport Company" employees (controllers) of the monitoring service of passengers, through trainings in customer service management and effective communication approaches.
In the scopes of the project the trainings were conducted for the Ltd. "Tbilisi Transport Company" employees (controllers) in the improving the service quality.
