The aim of the project:

To support the management team of the“Davit Aghmashenebeli National Defense Academy of Georgia” in the institutional profile and specification based strategic planning components like the institute mission statement, vision, values and principles.

The training was designed for the development of basic competencies of the management of the academy and to support the long-term strategic plan development of the training participants.
