"Supporting Youth Entrepreneurial Opportunities and Investment studies in Georgia," is a project of "Business Consulting Network Georgia", the Association of Young Economists of Georgia’s (AYEG) subsidiary’s. The project is funded by Estonian Foreign Ministry and the US State Department. Last year, the project had 14 business projects funded. Among them was the Greenhouse of flowers.

“I first learned about the project from my friend. Before then, I had the idea to make the greenhouse of lily, but due to the lack of financial resources, it was impossible. When I found more information about the project, I learned that the focus of the project was on young IDPs.  It has an extra incentive for me because I am from occupied territory.  I attended trainings conducted under the project, then developed business plan and about in one month I learned that my business plan was one of the winners. I already took the first harvest, more than 5000 different species of lily. For future, I am planning to start production of Chrysanthemum. Now, I am doing all the work but soon I will hire few persons.

I would advise future beneficiaries who are going to participate in the grant competition, not to be afraid of obstacles that will face in the implementation process of the business.
