The aim of the project:

To support the licensing legislation in order to foster the process of regulating the licensing system in Georgia.

In the scopes of the project 26 draft laws on licenses and permits have been developed by the participation of experts and representatives of license/permit issuing agencies. The draft law was sent to the legislatures for adoption. As a result of the project the regulation of licensing system in Georgia has significantly been accelerated.
