The aim of the project:

To ensure financial transparency and publicity through budget monitoring.

In the scopes of the project was conducted the monitoring of the state budget and Batumi city budget. Based on the monitoring results the prepared reports were systematically published in an analytical journal “Economy and Budget”. The trainings, workshops and discussion meetings were held in order to ensure the financial transparency and publicity in the country through budget monitoring; 127 electronic bulletins were developed and disseminated.

The guidebook “State Budget and its monitoring methods” was published. The above mentioned publication received the great feedback among the journalists and the general public
