Cross-border cooperation

Publication is designed to develop the capacity and opportunities of local parties, including local self-governments, public organizations and business associations, as well as create models for cooperation with border regions. The publication depicts legislative and governing schemes of such cooperation, as well as examples from the history of Georgia and other European countries.
