Mariam Jibuti has been working at Association of Young Economists of Georgia since 2014. Mariam is project manager of projects “Supporting the youth entrepreneurship and investment opportunities study in Georgia” and “Enhancing Small Farmer’s Cooperatives’ Productivity in Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi Region”. Mariam studies at Tbilisi State University on the faculty of economics and business, master program in economics. She has participated in 13 scientific conferences, including: XVII International Students Scientific Conference, which took place in Minsk on 17-18th of April, 2014, presented the paper “Role of International Organizations in the Development of Information Technology in Georgia”; 12th International Scientific Conference and Courses “Successful Management In Crunch Time”, which took place in Siedlce, Poland on 26-30th of May, 2014, presented the paper “The Importance of Ethics In a Business: Past, Present and The Future; 15th International Academic Conference which took place in Rome, Italy on 14-17th of April, 2015 presented the paper “The Commercialization of Ideas and Customer’s Needs in the Georgian Market”; 23rd International Academic Conference, which took place in Venice, Italy on 27-30th of April, presented the paper “Assessment and Challenges of Fiscal Decentralization in Georgia”. Mariam has published two scientific articles in the magazine “Economisti” on the following topics: “The Social Responsibility of Business” and “Development of Franchising: Problems and Perspectives”. Mariam was awarded the prize of Iv. Javakhishvili for the work: “Key Issues of Social Responsibility of Business” on 24th of April, 2014. Mariam has attended the trainings “Brand Creation and Management”, “Banking Management”, “PR in Business”, “Entrepreneurship” and etc. Mariam speaks Georgian, English and Russian languages.
